The Psychology of It All

Sitting down facing the laptop every morning requires some form of motivation.

Invent Mentalism?

Blogging everyday can be a challenge but thankfully I am able to continue doing so in large part because of my interest in psychology. That was one of the reasons that I got into magic at age 8. I was curious what it would take for someone to believe they were watching real magic. This same interest in psychology many years later is now the big motivator for doing projects like this blog. I am always curious as to what it is going to take to have the attention of readers. I do know the secret though, as many do. The trick is to present something to the public that they are already interested in and are seeking more information on this topic. This ties in with my fascination with the subconscious mind as seen at Invent Mentalism.

Psychology of Images

My passion for psychology continues as I search for the best way to do marketing for my clients. This can be a challenge because the technology is always evolving. Though, if you are able to track all the new means of expression that are surfacing, you can safely use many of the same psychological triggers. Take for example How to Get New Customers. In this site there is a post about the psychology of images.

Only Human

The thing about psychology though is that it is not always helpful. And one’s mood can change one’s perception of psychology. Case in point was last night. I was very sick like this blog post in Manhattan Coronavirus. Feeling under the weather can make me less interested in psychology because all my emphasis on my uncomfortable illness. But hey, like everyone else I’m just human.
